In this episode, Mike Abramowitz, co-founder of Better Than Rich, joins Tim and shares his experience of how his business successfully operates and produces good results and profits while he is away. He talks about how to build a system that can buy back your time so that you can spend it on what matters most to you and still produce the desired results. He discusses ensuring that when clients try to get your attention during the protected time, someone from the team can take care of the business. This system allows for a more balanced work-life dynamic and helps prevent burnout. Mike emphasizes the importance of setting boundaries and sticking to them to maintain productivity and focus. By implementing these strategies, he has achieved personal and professional success while enjoying time away from the business.

In the latest podcast episode, Tim dives deep into parenting with Hillary Simpson, a renowned parent success coach from HGS Enterprises. They talk about the dual role of technology as a tool for advancement and a potential pitfall. They discuss parents' critical responsibility in setting unyielding boundaries and the profound impact of learning to say no in nurturing resilience within our children. Hillary also talks about the solitary journey of entrepreneurship, where she learned the power of delegation firsthand, allowing her to sharpen her focus on the heart of her business pursuits. Reflecting on the siren call of flashy coaching offers, she also emphasized the cruciality of applying newfound knowledge rather than falling prey to the paralysis of information overload.

Who is Hillary D. Simpson?

Hillary Drummond Simpson is an award-winning educator and author who is passionate about the education and success of African American young men. She noticed a recurring problem in the boys she taught, as they often aspired to careers in entertainment or sports without considering other options. This led her to research and discover that these careers were the only role models they saw on television. To address this issue, Simpson established the Boys to Men Mentoring Program in 2005, where black boys are mentored by male leaders in the community. She also created Boys to Men Night Out, a monthly event where boys bond with male role models in an educational setting. Simpson believes that families must support and encourage men to take on leadership roles at home and in society.

Who is Brenden Kumarasamy?

Brenden is a Montreal native who had to attend French school despite not knowing the language. Despite being scared of communication, he had to give presentations in French from the ages of 5 to 16. In university, Brenden refined his communication skills through case competitions. At 19, he started training himself and his teammates for these competitions to present in front of executives from companies like IBM, PwC & EY. This experience helped him start his YouTube & coaching business, MasterTalk, with the mission of being the bridge between everyone’s ideas and helping people become exceptional communicators through his free content.
