I come from humble beginnings, from a low socio-economic area of western Sydney. I struggled with a violent domestic violence household as a young boy and was beaten more times than I can remember along with always being told I was nothing. This has been my gift to never ever be that way, rather shine and project my gift of bringing the best out in people and positive energy onto them.

No matter how hard it’s been or what obstacles I face there is always light amongst the darkness. All of my defeats and wins have played the part to get me to where I am today and I don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon. Dive deep into as many experiences as you can as that’s where I have found the most success in all of its forms, bad and good. My time in the military was one of those experiences and somewhat shaped an integral part of my work ethic and core ethical values. taking risks as scary as they may seem is where I have grown both in business and in my personal life.

I believe in always being true to yourself and known is n charge of your happiness but you. I believe in taking full responsibility for my actions and learning from them. Put yourself in challenging situations. My fitness has helped me in my career in more ways than I could ever imagine. This has helped me to start a company true to my vision. Always stayed driven and done whatever it takes to reach my dreams of becoming financially free which will allow me to start a non for profit and give back to the cause of domestic violence. My company is a true reflection of myself and the way I walk through life. Never give up, push through the pain and never be afraid to ask for help.

SHOW NOTES

Good Note : While helping clients improve their image, you get to see them light up.

Bad Note : Trying to do too many things at once and be everything to everyone.

Jam Room : Set up as the brand that I want to be

Gathering Fans : Present yourself in a way that your target market will be comfortable with, but also see that you have just a little bit more than they do so that they are inspired to follow you.

Learning From the best : Takes something that I would have fumbled through for 20 years and taken it to 1 year.

THE STORY

Appearance matters. Especially in the world of business.

We all know this intuitively; it’s why applicants dress formally to job interviews, and why CEOs don’t come to work in sweats.

But what’s equally important to understand is that dressing for success isn’t always aone size fits all strategy. If your brand is fun and casual, for instance, the professional dark pant suit likely is not going to communicate that to potential clients or partners. It is a rare leader indeed that not only recognizes the importance of their own image to their professional success, but also understands how their clothes can themselves serve as branding for their business.

This is where Matilda Morgan and her company Impact Driven Style comes in.

Good Note : Big Growth throughout 2020

Bad Note : When looking to buy a business, make sure that the business has the potential to turn it to profit

THE STORY

When I was 23 I decided to buy a Taco Del Mar restaurant… I knew I had made a huge mistake at 2pm the first day when only 3 customers had walked in… (and two of them were my parents haha)
For 5 years I worked hard to grow sales every way I could think of and in the end, tripled our revenue which still didn’t seem to matter on the profit side. (I lost a lot of money)

The one thing that I seemed to be the best at in the restaurant endeavour was the marketing and getting people in the door.

Fast forward to 2014 when my wonderful wife Carmen (definitely my better half) started a modest baby clothing line and was selling at craft markets. I asked if I could test running a few ads on Facebook… and the rest is history. I learned every up and coming strategy and tactic and helped grow the small start-up to a multi-million dollar company and still growing!

Over the years I have realized what I am good at and what I’m not.

What I’m good at… Marketing and helping others scale their businesses. Which leads me to now.

In 2019 we started the podcast “secrets to scaling your e-commerce brand” which is now in the top 50 business/marketing podcasts in multiple countries including Canada and the United States.

On top of that we founded Mindful Marketing Co. to help scale brands, stores and makers using paid marketing. I love to see brands grow and founders shift from grinding to scaling… it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning!

Good Note : Moving offline events online and generating over 150k a month in online course sales

Finding Fans : Find online communities of people who are like minded

Filling the Hat : Sell the course before you create it

THE STORY

Within the space of 1 year, I lost my Dad to suicide and survived one of the worst terror attacks London has ever seen. I thought I had experienced real adversity when my successful acting career completely crashed a few years earlier. I literally went from working alongside Tom Hardy on Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, to delivering Tom’s mail as a full time postman. But losing my Dad to suicide was the thing that nearly crushed me completely.

Using my mindset expertise and self-development knowledge, I went from being a full time postman to building The Coaching Masters. A highly successful, online coaching academy that generates multiple 7figures. Myself and my business partners (Lewis Raymond Taylor & Jonny Mitchell) have created this level of success entirely via building, selling and automating online courses and hosted an iTunes Top10 Podcast called The Coaching Masters Podcast delivering emotional, motivational speeches on stages all across the world.

I want to inspire people to achieve success even in the face of devastating adversity. No matter who they are or where they come from. I have the story, tools and techniques to help motivate anyone towards success and I want to share that gift with as many people as possible by showing them the power of coaching. I’ve lived through devastating adversity and I’ve managed to create success, happiness and fulfilment. And I continue to live it every single day.

Jun 8, 2020

I started off selling textbooks in my dorm room before discovering Amazon. I scaled a 25 million dollar Amazon business selling toys and baby products, but always struggled to hire help. College kids were unreliable and no US adults wanted to work for a 20 year old entrepreneur. One day a friend of mine introduced me to the virtual hiring space and I became addicted.

I set out to build a virtual assistant army, but quickly got frustrated with the poor quality and time commitment it took to hire on Upwork. I set out to build a better marketplace that pre-vetted virtual assistants before they were allowed on the platform, quickly matched them up with clients, had 24/7 support in case the smallest thing went wrong, and a no turnover protection where we covered replacement costs if someone quit.
